Mass percentage of A is given as , the mass of the substance A by mass of the total solution multiplied by 100.

i.e.

mass % A = mass of A / mass of solution * 100  

Given,

mass of carbon = 12 g/mol

mass of  nitrogen = 14 g/mol

mass of hydrogen = 1 g/mol

Hence , the mass of solution is calculated as the summation of the  mass of the atom * number of atom ,

Hence ,

mass of solution =  10 * 12 g/mol + 14 * 1 g/mol + 14 * 2 g/mol = 162 g/mol

Mass of carbon = 10 * 12 g/mol = 120 g/mol

The mass percent of carbon can be calculated from using the above formula

mass % C = mass of C / mass of solution * 100

mass % C = 120 g/mol / 162 g/mol * 100

mass % C = 74.02% .
