If a dot was added to a quarter note in 4/4 time, how many beats is the note worth????
Alenkinab [10]
1 and a half (1 1/2) because a dot adds half or the value of the original note for example if you have a half note which is two beats and you add a dot the dot is now worth 1 beat (2 *1/2), which make the it 3 beats and that not is called a dotted half note....

Describe how the principle of movement influences a viewer looking at a work of art
Blababa [14]

Answer:

Movement in art decides how the viewer will perceive an artwork. It is the path our eyes follow or the pattern our eyes go after when we look at an art work. In art, it's extremely important to keep a viewer’s eyes engrossed in the work, and the way an artist does that is by adding movement. Without any movement, artwork is stagnant and people don't really like looking at art that looks or feel boring to them, no matter how valuable it is. If our eyes see movement happening in an art work, they are more likely to enjoy the art as they are now following a pattern or path to explore the contents of the artwork.

What did George Seurat believe about complementary colors, and how did he use them in The Circus?
posledela

Answer:

Seurat believed colors looked stronger when used along with their complementary color. ... But instead of moving the image, he used many dots of pure color. The dots are too small to tell apart from afar. Georges Seurat (1859-1891), The Circus, 1890-91.
