What reasoning did some critics use when calling for the repeal of the 22nd Amendment? A President should be limited to one seve

n-year term in office. The people should decide how many terms a President serves. Anyone of legal voting age should be able to serve as President. The Congress should have a greater role in choosing the President.

Answer:

The people should decide how many terms a President serves

Explanation:

People criticized amendment 22 as it posed and/or violated the public's right to keep a president of their choice for however long the public decided. Currently, one person can only be elected twice for max 8 years if I know my laws correctly.

balu736 [363]
In the late 1800s, workers organized unions to solve their problems. Their problems were low wages and unsafe working conditions. ... First, workersformed local unions in single factories. These unions used strikes to try to force employers to increase wages or make working conditions safer.&For those in the industrial sector, organized labor unions fought for better wages, reasonable hours and safer working conditions. The labor movement led efforts to stop child labor, give health benefits and provide aid to workers who were injured or retired.
