The number of sides and number of angles is proportional, for it takes two sides to make an angle. So there are more sides.
Also a cube is not a polygon because a polygon is two dimensional and a cube is 3d.

Answer:

6 ft

Step-by-step explanation:

The surface area of a cube is given by

SA = 6s^2

216 = 6s^2

Divide each side by 6

216/6 = 6s^2/6

36 = s^2

Take the square root of each side

sqrt(36) = sqrt(s^2)

6 =s

Each side is 6ft

South of the White House in Washington, D.C., is the President’s Park South, or the Ellipse, which hosts events such as the Whit
kari74 [83]
To answer this, we need to start with the standard equation for an ellipse:
(x^2/a^2)+(y^2/b^2)=1
Where a is one half of one axis, and b is one half of the other.
The problem states that one axis is 1057 ft, and the other is 880 ft, so divide these values by 2 and square them. This results in:
(x^2/279,312.25)+(y^2/193,600)=1
For verification, if you have a graphing calculator, solve for y, set the size of the window so it should perfectly fit the ellipse, and check (it does)

A survey was taken of twenty dentists about Sparkly toothpaste. Sixteen of the dentists recommended Sparkly toothpaste to their
Bas_tet [7]

Answer: There are 40 dentists who would recommended Sparkly toothpaste to their patients .

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Out of 20 dentists, a survey was taken of about Sparkly toothpaste,

Number of dentists recommended Sparkly toothpaste to their patients = 16

Percentage of dentists who recommended Sparkly toothpaste to their patients be

\frac{16}{20}\times 100=80\%

Out of 30 dentists, a survey was taken of about Sparkly toothpaste,

Number of dentists recommended Sparkly toothpaste to their patients = 24

Similarly,

Percentage of dentists who recommended Sparkly toothpaste to their patients be

\frac{24}{30}\times 100=80\%

Now, we have asked to find the number of dentists recommended Sparkly toothpaste to their patients if survey was taken of 50 dentists.

As we have seen that there is always 80% of total number of dentists surveyed have recommended Sparkly toothpaste to their patients ,

so, According to this pattern , we get that

\frac{80}{100}\times 50=40

Hence, there are 40 dentists who would recommended Sparkly toothpaste to their patients .

What isn’t the exact value for Sin(1305) degrees ?
julia-pushkina [17]
1305 is a measurement larger than 360, so keep subtracting 360 till you get a number smaller than 360, or divide by 360 to find the remainder
the number is 225
225 degree on a unit circle is in the 3rd quadrant, with the terminal line forming a 45 degree angle with the negative x axis. the y value is -√2/2, the hypotenuse is 1, so sin1305=(-√2)/2
