Answer:

The answer to your question is letter C.

Step-by-step explanation:

B. The same as letter A. This option is wrong because that equation is of a horizontal parabola, an the graph shows a vertical parabola.

C. This option is correct, is the equation of a vertical parabola and the negative indicates that it opens downward, as in the graph.

D. This option is incorrect because the equation is of a vertical parabola that opens upward.

I am unsure about the very last problem but I can help with the first two

1) (y+1)+4

If we combine the numbers 1 and 4, we get +5 and can isolate the numbers from the variable.

This would give us

y + 5 =

2) (6*r)*7

remember that we do not have to explicitly state 6*r

Instead, we can write it as 6r

this helps us get rid of the parentheses

now we can write it as 6r * 7=

I hope this helps!:)

An exterior angle is formed by one side of the triangle, and a side EXTENDED outside the triangle. Two angles are like that, ∠4 and ∠2.

Angle 3 is NOT an exterior angle because it is made up of two extended sides. It does not use one of the sides of the triangle.
