What do I do if there is a train and there is an airplane and a car. The plane has 30 people in it. But the car has your only 5

family members left. The train is going 200 mph and can’t stop. I can pull the lever to switch the track over to the car and lose my 5 family members or it can stay on the track it was on and lose 30 other people.
The question then says you can save your family members but on the plane is the only person that can cure cancer and if he does no one will be able to recover his discoveries.

Plz help what do I do???
