... would be the title of my speech. My topic would be on the classes offered at school that, in my personal view, reflects the focus of an educational system on exact science. I would start my speech with a cultural Bang, using whatever art (music, literature, architecture) available to make my point.

For example, the building in which I present my speech would be shortly mentioned to make the public aware of the architectural value.

My own focus would be to gradually introduce Alexander von Humboldt, the greatest scientist of the 19th century, and, little by little, to make my public aware that he, although devoted to exact science, was a blessed poet in describing the nature and on top of that was a first grade humanist.
