Best answers will identify one to two clear ways that a citizen could endanger other citizens through misuse of free speech (a possible example may be a threat of violence or deliberate misinformation). A good example is the “N” word. Back in the day it was used as slavery and it’s hate speech. Now different races are using it as a different term while they stay saying that white people shouldnt/can’t say it.
