Hi !!

Which idiom best completes this sentence ?

correct answer is A

Clement = Est-ce que tu es libre ce soir ? On peut aller au restaurant.

Sandrine = Non ma chérie (if answering to Clément, should be 'Non mon chéri ) . On a du pain sur la planche.

A- On a du pain sur la planche = we've got a lot to do.
B- On a la tête dans les nuages = we got our heads in clouds (we think about something else..)
C - on a raison = we're right.
D- On a la tête sur les épaules = we know what we're doing...

Sorry I don't have the correct English translation for these idioms.

Hope this help :)

Bonjour,

Anthony : Dis, Marc, qu'est-ce que tu "aimes" faire ?

Marc : Alors, je "n'aime" pas beaucoup le sport.

Mes amis et moi, nous "préférons" aller au café.

Nous" mangeons" toujours la même chose...un sandwich au jambon.

1. J'aime le coca.

2. Mon ami et moi, nous "aimons" le jus de fruit.

3. Tu "aimes" les tartes aux fruits.

4. Anne et Irène "aiment la limonade".

Verbe "aimer" au présent :

j'aime

tu aimes

il,elle, on aime

nous aimons (mon ami et moi =nous)

vous aimez

ils, elles aiment (Anne et Irène = elles)
