For example if you are from a 3rd world country then you may be considered "woke" because you have expierenced hardship. So when you see a problem, you work as hard as you can. But if you are from a country like the USA, you may look at a problem and try to fix it but in the end, give up. That is why most of the great companies in America are comprised of immigrants.
