Answer:B. White privilege

Explanation:

White privilege refers to privileges that are received by white people just based on their skin color whilst the people who are non whites living under the same society , political and economical system don't get the same privileges.

It dates back to racism and bias ideas concerning which race is more important than the other.

It can be the fact that the police officer looked at Alexander being white and thought based on a stereotype that he hasn't done this before or he doesn't usually do this unless he has a reason however he may feel that Christopher probably do this all the time, advantages of being white for Alexander worked on his favour.

Turtles and tortoises are both handsome folk with lovely shells. but what makes a tortoise different from a turtle?
fredd [130]
Tortoise differ from turtles in four aspects, but the most important is that tortoises are terrestrial and turtles are from the sea: First, turtles live only 15 to 20 years, the longest 30 years, while tortoises live 100 years on average, reaching one up to 180 years. Second, the turtle has the soft shell to swim, while the tortoise has hard shell to defend itself on land. Third, tortoises are animals with long paws and nails, while turtles have fins and can not walk ashore; finally the turtles are peaceful and calm, while tortoises are adapted to a hostile environment and are brave and ferocious animals.

Answer: Displacement

Explanation:

What is meant by displacement in your memory ?

Displacement is a term that is used to explain the fact that we tend to forget the infromation stored in the short term memory due to the lack of availability.

In a short term memory as long as the new information is acquired the old information is then eliminated quickly or displaced.

Displacement also suggest that the information that has been stored for too long will be easily displaced

Under this theory it is discovered also that when people are give a list of words to recall in any order they are mostly likely to recall those that are at the top of the list , the recalling of items at the top of the list is referred to as primacy and those at the end is know as recency effect.

Primacy effect explains that we are able to recall the first words in the list because when we first receive them there are not competing with other words so it is easy to rehearse them repeatedly for several times and as a result they get transferred to our long term memory.

As the list get longer though there is a competition now between words which makes it hard to remember or to keep rehearsing those at the end of the list as the result they stay in the short term memory until they get displaced which explains the recency effect.
