To create self-esteem, it is important to be honest, trustworthy and sincere in what we do, which leads to intensifying your integrity. Besides, you can involve in positive self-talk and give yourself compliments every day. Furthermore, it is essential to be surrounded by good friends that accept who you are and support you. Finally, gaining self-acceptance will make you  accept your own strengths and weaknesses.
