If you mean which is more grammatically correct, then it is B) Which feels WORSE to you,  biting your tongue or stubbing your toe. This is correct because in A, they use 'badder' and you don't use that word, you use worse. C is incorrect because worse basically defines 'more bad' in a way, which means we don't need to use 'more' it's just worse. It isn't D because which feels WORST isn't gramatically correct.
