Sometimes it is helpful to get an outside perspective. In your discussion post, describe your selected social science issue and

include two relevant questions that social science professionals (e.g., psychologists, sociologists, or anthropologists) might be interested in. In response to your peers, add a relevant question or summary that will support them in narrowing the investigative focus for their topic/issue. To complete this assignment, review the Discussion Rubric document.

Answer:

Check the explanation

Explanation:

This issue that I have selected in the field of social sciences to examine is in regard to the social factors that influence to and/or responsible for addiction in individuals. This issue is very important because drugs abuses and addiction have been a major predicament in our society for a very long time. Now, more than it is before, a lot of individuals in our society are losing their lives to substances like fentanyl and opiates. This particular topic hits home with me since my childhood friend later turned out to be addicted to a particular substance, and unfortunately, last June she ended up overdosing.

Below are two pertinent and significant questions that scholars in the field of social science might be interested in. Psychologists

1. What environmental stressors influence drug use?

2. Are brain abnormalities the culprit of addiction?

Sociologists

1. How do the roles of attitude and behavior have on groups who become addicted?

2. What circumstances have led groups to become addicted to drugs?

Anthropologists

1. Do certain geographic locations have more of a problem with addiction?

2. How have drugs and addictions changed cultural views?

Does democracy require participation in government by all groups

Explanation

wolverine [178]

Answer: Option(a) is correct option

Explanation:

As per theory of Lepper and colleagues (1973), rewards play a major role in motivation of a student for performing activity as compared to non-rewarding activity. They describes about undermine of performance due to presence of reward in certain time and situation.

According to the question, Joseph will tend to paint in future because he has seen it as the method of earning money as reward rather than making it a passion or enjoying painting. He is interest in money majorly

Other options are incorrect because Joseph becoming an artist in future, still carry out painting passion even if aunt stops rewarding him and money rewarding painting are considered better than no-money rewarding painting are not the outcome of scenario. Thus, the correct option is option(a).
