Bonsoir

Vincent = Bonjour! Comment tu t'appelles ? D'où viens-tu ?

Cristina = Bonjour! Je m'appelle Cristina. Je viens du Mexique.

<em>(je viens </em><u><em>du Canada</em></u><em> ,</em><u><em> du Brésil</em></u><em>,</em><u><em> du Maroc</em></u><em> .....)</em>

<em>(Je viens </em><u><em>des États-Unis</em></u><em>, </em><u><em>des Antilles</em></u><em> ..)</em>

<u><em>(</em></u><em>Je viens </em><u><em>de France</em></u><em>, </em><u><em>de Suisse</em></u><em>, </em><u><em>de Belgique</em></u><em> , ..)</em>

<em>(Je viens d'</em><u><em>Espagne</em></u><em>, d'</em><u><em>Italie</em></u><em>, d'</em><u><em>Argentine</em></u><em> ...)</em>

du = de le  (de + masc. sing. noun)

de = de la (de + fem. sing. noun)

des = de les  (de + masc. & fem. plural noun)

de l'  = de le / de la (de + sing. noun begining with a vowel or mute 'h')

The correct answer is B. Je viens du. This is because Mexique is a masculine country. When referring to places with de, de is conjugated as du for masculine countries,  de for feminine countries, des for plural countries and de for cities.
