Caregiver speech refers to the speech used by adults to communicate with young children.

Explanation:

Carefree speeches are defined as those speeches which are used by small children to communicate or it can be described as one of   the modified form that is used by adults to communicate with young children. Carefree speech is also known as baby talks as well as known as motherese.

There are various characteristics of caregiver speech, they are as follows
