Role of emotions in our lives

Explanation:

Emotions play a major role in our lives. Emotions depict the way how we think and behave in a situation.

Emotions are represented by subjective (feelings and expressions), physiological (reaction of the body through hormones, neurotransmitters, and neural pathways) and expressive(behavior or response) components. Emotions help us to let out our inner feelings and make us feel light. This reduces mental stress and helps to keep the heart healthy.

It helps to make better decisions.

Emotions are the best way to communicate to understand others as well as make others understand us more easily.

Emotions (positive) motivate a person intrinsically to perform well in a given situation or task.

Negative emotions like anger, frustration, irritation etc should be reduced to decrease the stress caused by them and to maintain a healthy body.

Explain how the fictions of the eye health may be related to something that is true?
RSB [31]

The fictions that involve themes related to eye health show the need to protect the eyes in dangerous situations. This is an element of fiction that is related to something true, since the eyes are very delicate structures of the body, besides being

essential structures so that we can escape from innumerable situations, mainly the dangerous ones. Therefore, it is essential that we look for eye protection methods, so that they are always as efficient and functional in any situation.
