The whole purpose of creating a labor union is to have workers organize to fight for better working conditions. During the 1800's, labor unions become a significant part of American society.

2) Unskilled workers should not expect to receive high wages- This would most likely be said by management. Business managers often reward individuals with unique skill sets by paying them more.

3) The cost of replacing experienced workers is higher than the cost of raising wages.- This would most likely be said by a labor union.
