It's one of the most common causes of chest pains in kids and teens. Usually this is harmless and goes away on its own after 2 or 3 days. Usually the pain does get worse when you take deep breaths cough move the upper body or press on the affected area. You might be thinking it's due to some heart problems however this is unlikely
