The House of Representatives consists of 435 members. Each of the 50 American states differ in size and population. A larger population will result in larger representation, whereas a state with a smaller population will have less representatives.
A state's representation depends on the state's population.

Providing harsh criticism to other players is a natural part of being a good leader - this is true. The reason for this is that good leaders will often be able to accept a harsh critique coming their way and also be able to give a harsh critique which a player deserves.
The Declaration of Independence was signed on July 4th, so the Anniversary will always be on this day.
It was signed in 1776, so an important anniversary was in 1976, the Bicentennial. There is an anniversary each year, and another important anniversary will in in 2026, 250 years from the Declaration.
