Answer with Explanation:

"Clara Lemlich" contributed to workers' rights by becoming a leader of the "Uprising 20,000," also known as "New York shirtwaist strike of 1909." The strike was meant to provide the factory workers improved working conditions, working hours and wages. The factory workers (particularly in the production of shirtwaists) were subjected to extreme working conditions and unsanitary facilities. They were also receiving miserable wages, even if they were working for long hours.

In the same way, "Mother Jones" contributed to workers' rights by also becoming a leader of major strikes. She also led and co-founded the "Industrial Workers of the World." This movement promoted the unity of the workers when it comes to their social classes and supported "industrial democracy." She was also successful in helping organize strikes for mine workers against the mine owners.
