Inattentional Blindness occurs when (d) sensory systems become less sensitive to a stimulus as it changes.

Explanation:

Inattentional Blindness refers to the cause of the indifferent behavior of each individual without paying attention to the act of normal actions. Such a course of action is linked with cognitive psychology.  Cognitive form of psychology helps to sharpen the knowledge of mindful thought when human society applies it in the particular action of daily incidents. When the lack of such cognitive effects failed to concentrate on certain action operations also leads to Inattentional Blindness.

For example, When one individual fails to recollect the subject knowledge when he attempts to write an exam for a particular subject. Here his attention fails and his effort of passing the exam also gets fails. It is due to the cause of less mental sharpness. At last, this also paves the way for less sensitive to a stimulas condition. Stimulas is nothing but the influencing factor of making so attentive in his every operative action.

When paul realizes no one is coming to help the rwandan refugees, he tells them there is only one way for them to get help. what
nlexa [21]

Answer: He tells them to call everyone they know

Explanation:

After Belgian Peacekeepers were tortured and killed whilst protecting Rwanda's Prime Minister, the international community sent a Multinational force to extract people of foreign descent still in Rwanda.

They refused to take any African knowing full well the fate that awaited a lot of them.

Paul Rusesabagina saw this and realised no one was coming to help them so he encouraged every single person in the Hotel to call everyone they knew both within the country and outside. The goal he said, was to send whatever help they could as well as to out pressure on the Rwandan government to halt the killings. He also called his bosses in Belgium and France to help. These true events inspired the movie Hotel Rwanda where Paul Rusesabagina was played by Don Cheadle.
