In a 125-word paragragh, explain how the advent of MTV, and the challenging of traditional values by movies and television impac
krok68 [10]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

The advent of MTV and the challenging of traditional values by movies and television impacted the generation of teenagers living during the 1980s in the following way.

The advent of MTV represented the first time American youngsters could see the videos of their favorite artists that they used to listen to their music only on the radio. Fans could see the videos, documentaries, news, and special reports of Pop and rock artists.

So rock and pop music became massive through television. Young people started to think, act, dress, and behave more like their favorite artists, than what mom or dad taught them in the family.

MTV content was exported to other countries such as Méexico,  Latin America, and Europe, and suddenly, it became a smash hit. More than only promoting music, MTV became a cultural reference of how American young people lived their lives.

Why did the united states stay out of world war 1 at first?
loris [4]
The majority of Americans felt that the United States should stay out of World War I because it was not a signatory to any of the agreements that had lured the European powers into conflict across the continent, so President Woodrow Wilson declared a neutrality policy, attempting instead to broker a peace agreement.

Who had the advantage in the following category Enter North or South as a response.
user100 [1]

Answer: North

Explanation:

When the Civil War broke out, the North outclassed the South in anything industrial because they had focused on industrialization while the South had focused on agriculture.

One area the North had complete dominance was in transportation. With railroads being the major means of transportation at the time, the side with more railroads was considered more equipped and the North had more than twice the railroads the South had.
