Its good to be in positive energy balance when you're in the most stressful state like during a test you didn't study. If you just think and take your time, some of the class work knowledge will come to you.

Welp this is just my opinion:
That men can't have mental illnesses, be abused, and by sexually assaulted.
Also that only men can abuse / r--e others, when women do it also, it's usually just ignored or downplayed. (Such as 42 year old man has sexual relationship with 15 year old girl gets more attention than 42 year old woman has sexual relationship with 15 year old boy)
Uhm anyways-
