Convert them to slope intercept form.

3x + 5y = 14
Subtract 3x from both sides.
5y = 14 - 3x
Divide by 5 on both sides.
y = -3/5x + 14/5

6x - 4y = 9
Subtract 6x from both sides.
-4y = 9 - 6x
Divide by -4 on both sides.
y = 3/2x - 9/4

Graphing both of them will get you to picture.

2.405 rounded is 2.5
1.375 rounded is 1.4

(2.5, 1.4)

(5/2, 4/3) divided is (2.5, 1.33) which is the closest you can get.

So (5/2, 4/3) is your answer.

Answer:

$400 dollars in five dollar tickets then $399 dollars in seven dollar tickets.

so you do $400+$399=799

Step-by-step explanation:

You do $400÷5=80 then you do $395R4÷7=55 Then you do 55+80=$135.

so 55 adult tickets and then 80 student tickets.
