This depends entirely on the period of Roman history in question, but in general, the three main characteristic would be "despotic rule" "military prowess" and "expansion".

Jacques Claude Marie Vincent de Gournay (Saint-Malo, Francia, 1712–Cádiz, España, 1759) fue un economista francés cercano a la fisiocracia.
