What is a good way to determine what keywords to add to your resumé?

I'm guessing that the choices for this question are:

A.) Going online and doing a search for keywords
B.) Using the job description for a current position
C.) Reviewing want ads for the target position to identify keywords
D.)There really isn't a good way to know what keywords to include in my resumé.

If so, then the answer would be C.) Reviewing want ads for the target position to identify keywords.

This way, you'll know what kind of credentials people are looking for and that could give you a much better chance of using keywords to help identify which would be more appealing to a future employee.
