The March is called the Trail of Tears because many natives were relocated from their homelands in the South to the West areas, near the Mississippi River. Government authorities were in charge of carrying out those forced relocations and so many died during the March (option A). Many of the relocated peoples died before reaching their destinations due to starvation, disease and any bad and hard conditions they suffered during the trip.

The removals included members of the Cherokee, among other nations such as Choctaw, Ponca, Winnebago. Thus, the concept Trail of Tears clearly makes reference to the forced removal of Native American Tribes and its consequences, mainly during 1838.

arsen [322]
India has a high volume of Child trafficking. There have been many cases where children just disappear overnight, as many as one every eight minutes, according to the National Crime Records Bureau.[1] In some cases, children are taken from their homes to be bought and sold in the market. In other cases, children are tricked into the hands of traffickers by being presented an opportunity for a job, when in reality, upon arrival they become enslaved. In India, there is a large number of children trafficked for various reasons such as labour, begging, and sexual exploitation. Because of the nature of this crime; it is hard to track; and due to the poor enfrcement of laws, it is difficult to prevent.[] Because of this, it is impossible to have exact figures regarding this issue. India is a prime area for child trafficking to occur, as many of those trafficked are from, travel through or destined to go to India. Though most of the trafficking occurs within the country, there is also a significant number of children trafficked from Nepal and Bangladesh.[] There are many different causes that lead to child trafficking, with the primary reason being poverty and weak law enforcement. The traffickers that take advantage of children can be from another area in India, or could even know the child personally. Children who return home after being trafficked often face shame from their communities, rather than being welcomed home.

Do you believe the U.S. Constitution written at the Philadelphia Convention of 1787 was driven more by: noble principles and ide
Ierofanga [76]

Answer:

Both

Explanation:

In view of the political and administrative positions that the US Constitution proposed and stabilized, it would be impossible to state that the choices made by the authors of the constitution were based on only one of the concepts mentioned in the question above. The constitution was written taking into account the republicanist ideas that guided the whole principle of the political structure imposed in the country. In addition, the principles of freedom, equality and natural rights were also used to define the socioeconomic relations that the government should maintain and stimulate the American territory.

Nevertheless, the government needed to establish guidelines based solely on the political interests that the authors had, even the definition of slavery within the country underscores those interests, aimed at the economy and agricultural production.
