Answer:

1) Construction or a Structure.

2) Soliloquy.

3) Annually.

Explanation:

1) You can either call it a construction building or a (large) structure. There are many more terms for this but these two work best.

2) Soliloquy is when a character gives his/her speech alone by themselves on stage.

3) We use the word, "Annually" when things only happen once a year. For example; Halloween and Independents Day.
