All of these combined factors are significant when applying and searching for employment. Employers want to see that a candidate has the ability to effectively communicate and pay attention to the details of imprtant infoRmation. I think this day an age a degree is almot a neccesary unlike twenty years ago when you started a job and had first hand experience. In conclusion, psychology had a very rocky start because the scientific community had some doubts about it but it has since become a science that follows the scientific method to come up with theory that is acceptable.
