Quality higher education is hard to attained especially to the countries in which food and water scarcity is the main issue being focused on however if there is a will, there is always a way. To address this issue:
· The youth need to take part in volunteering · Determine the grass-roots level of the problem · Maximize all the resources you have <span>· Look for possible partners that shares the same advocacy</span>
Grenville was in favor of taxing the colonies and was famous for proposing the Stamp Act.
Grenville saw out of control spending, especially spending on the colonies, and saw a need for raising additional revenue to keep the Crown from becoming insolvent.
