Land-use management is an especially pressing problem in most "developing nations," since in such nations there is often very little government control of lands--leading to numerous private disputes.

What are the three branches of government?
makvit [3.9K]

The three branches and what they do:

The legislative branch drafts proposed laws, confirms or rejects presidential nominations for heads of federal agencies, federal judges, and the Supreme Court, and has the authority to declare war. This branch includes Congress (the Senate and House of Representatives) and special agencies and offices that provide support services to Congress.

The executive branch carries out and enforces laws. It includes the president, vice president, the Cabinet, executive departments, independent agencies, and other boards, commissions, and committees. American citizens have the right to vote for the president and vice president through free, confidential ballots.

The role of the judicial branch in the U.S. government is to explain laws of the country, determine if laws are constitutional and regulate the federal court system, according to WhiteHouse.gov. Members of the judicial branch are appointed by the president with confirmation from the Senate.

Which of the following describes an effect of World War II on the United States economy?
maks197457 [2]
Honestly, I would choose A & B because after WW2 the U.S. economy was the best in the entire world. But B would be the answer. Because the U.S. had military bases all over the world and needed troops to man it.
