Can someone please help me with #4 (a,b,c,d) and #5?

#4 a is 0.4 four tenths b is 0.40 forty hundredths you know cuz four tenths is equivalent to forty tenths and each square/unit equals 1 hundreth c is 4/10 or 40/100 or 2/5 d is either 0.4 or 0.40 #5 is you can say that decimals are fractions and are equivalent and you could write something like 29/100 is 0.29

b. 40 hundredths because there are 40 tiny squares out of 100 filled

c. 4/10 and 40/100

d. 0.4 and 0.04
