The answer is: politicians have a strong incentive to support projects that yield immediate and easily recognized benefits, especially when the costs of the projects are difficult to identify and are observable only in the distant future

In our current political system , politicians have a constant threat of losing their position if they do not show any results to their voter base during the election period.

This means that they are much more likely to support the projects that yield immediate and easily recognized benefits in order to maintain high approval rating and increase their chance of being re-elected.

3 Points
Which best describes the demographics of Europe?
yan [13]

The following best describes the demographics of Europe:

 • Low birth rate
 • positive migration
 • low death rate

Explanation:

Europe is a developed country and reached to a higher level of population dynamics. The population pyramid looks like bell in Sweden, Germany and Britain because the population between the age group of 20-35 years is high in these countries.

The total life expectancy is also high in these western countries due to modern medical facilities and technological development. Immigration is very common in this continent due to pull factors. Birth rate and death rate both are low here that's why it reached the target of zero population growth rate.

According to the course textbook, the __________ model of communication is well suited for describing the act of text messaging
tankabanditka [31]

Answer:

transmission

Explanation:

In simple words, The transmission communication paradigm defines interaction as a yet another-way, sequential mechanism wherein the source conveys the message and communicates it via a medium to the recipient who computes it.

The propagation of the text is frequently interrupted by ambient and semantic interference. This strategy is generally too simplistic to catch FtF experiences, but may be beneficial for computer-oriented communication.
