Answer: America has changed over time, for some it could have changed in a bad way or in a good way. Some negatives could be the statistics that show the amount of racist encounters in schools, work places, and in communities. Optimistic views would hold the fact that the United States helps anyone with education, careers, and finances as an examples of a change for the better. Ultimately, the point of view and beliefs of a person as an individual is the most valued answer.
