Answer and explanation:

Main points show the effects of climate change:

- Rising maximum temperature (lead to a temperature when human cannot live)

- Rising minimum remperature

- Rising sea levels (someday human won't have any place to live due to the sea levels is too high)

- Thunderstorm (even stronger storm with higher destruction can be made if climate change)

- Unbalance weather, weird, special type of weather might appear (acid rain, ice rain, etc.)

- Ocean acidification due to increased HCO3 concentrations in the water as a consequence of increased CO₂ concentrations

In the world right now, there would be many climate change effects you have already seen:

- Longer, more intense allergy seasons

- Foods is less nutrition

- More common, more serve and more long-lasting heatwaves

- Wildfire occur more common, more affective, destroy more

- Hurricanes becoming more likely and more dangerous than before

- Dieases spreading faster, easier

AND MANY OTHER EFFECTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE THAT CANNOT BE LISTED ALL HERE!!!

Hope this help you :3
