Answer:

The other factors is, 8

Step-by-step explanation:

Factor states that a number which can be multiplied or divide to produce a given number.

As per the given condition: One of my factors is equal to 5-2. I am the product 24.

Let x and y are the numbers.

One of my product (x) = 5 -2 = 3

I am the product of 24;

⇒ xy =24

Substitute the value of x = 3 we get;

3y =24

Divide both sides by 3 we get;

y = 8

Therefore, the other factors is, 8.

Check:

xy = 24

8 \cdot 3 = 24

24 =24       True.

(5+4) +10=5+(4+10)<br> A. True<br> B. False
Studentka2010 [4]

Answer:

A. True

Step-by-step explanation:

One of the ways to check this is solving each side of the equation.

(5+4)+10=5+(4+10)

Remember PEMDAS.

Parenthesis first.

(9)+10=5+(14)

Now, you can drop the parenthesis and add the numbers together.

9+10=19

5+14=19

19=19

This is a true statement.

Hope this helps!

If not, I am sorry.

The recommended angle for a wheelchair ramp is 5 degrees. If the rise of the ramp to go up the steps is 5 feet, find the horizon
dybincka [34]

Answer:

57.2\ ft

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that

The formula of slope is "rise over run", where the "rise" (means change in y, up or down) and the "run" (means change in x, left or right)

In this problem

The tangent of angle of 5 degrees is equal to the quotient of "rise over run"

Let

y ----> the rise of the ramp

x ----> the run of the ramp

tan(5^o)=\frac{y}{x}

we have

y=5\ ft

substitute and solve for x

tan(5^o)=\frac{5}{x}

x=\frac{5}{tan(5^o)}

x=57.2\ ft

1) Find the values of 'a' and 'b' for the given parallelogram *
nataly862011 [7]

Answer:

first option

Step-by-step explanation:

In a parallelogram consecutive angle are supplementary, sum to 180, so

2a + 122 = 180 ( subtract 122 from both sides )

2a = 58 ( divide both sides by 2 )

a = 29

---------------

In a parallelogram the opposite sides are congruent, then

b + 6 = 10 ( subtract 6 from both sides )

b = 4
