Television advancement cannot be attributed to only one individual. Several participants through History can be acknowledged to have contributed in Television timeline. However, in the early 1920's, an inventor called John Logie Baird was the first to broadcast the first images in motion (Scotland). Also in America, a man called Charles Francis Jenkins, made his own advances with the television.

Television contributed to a better communication throughout the world, which enabled countries from one side of the continent to know what was happening on the other side. But also, Television represented a commercial and economic opportunity for both corporations and individuals.
