Hello,

Question:

Jack popped some popcorn, but 3 of the 150 kernels did not pop.

Determine which popcorn snacks below has the same ratio of unpopped to total kernels as Jack's popcorn.

We Know:

3 out of 150 did not pop

Solution:

3/150 = 3 to 150

Find ratios similar to this one,

4/200

2/100

1/50

So now we know for every kernel that dosent pop there are 50 that did.

Answers:

4 unpopped out of 200 kernels

1 unpopped out of 50 kernels

Graph the linear equation
baherus [9]
For the equation
.. x - y = 4
you can divide by 4 to put the equation into intercept form. This form shows you both interecepts at once.
.. x/4 +y/(-4) = 1

The x-intercept is (4, 0).
The y-intercept is (0, -4).

The graph is shown below.

Answer:

The correct option is C ) 109.5°

Therefore,

m\angle E=109.5\°

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:

In Triangle DEF

d = 10

e = 18

f = 12

To Find

angle E = ?

Solution:

In Triangle DEF , Cosine Rule says

\cos E=\dfrac{f^{2}+d^{2}-e^{2}}{2fd}

Substituting the values we get

\cos E=\dfrac{12^{2}+10^{2}-18^{2}}{2\times 12\times 10}

\cos E=\dfrac{-80}{240}=-\dfrac{1}{3}

Therefore,

\angle E=\cos^{-1}(-0.3333)

m\angle E=109.5\°       ............As it is in Second Quadrant

Therefore,

m\angle E=109.5\°

Ashton used 12.6 gallons of gasoline to drive his car on a weekend trip. he averaged 21.5 miles per gallon. about how many miles
7nadin3 [17]

Answer: 270.9 miles.

Step-by-step explanation:

The formula  we use here is :

\text{Distance=Speed * Number of gallons of gasoline}

Given : Ashton used 12.6 gallons of gasoline to drive his car on a weekend trip. he averaged 21.5 miles per gallon.

Then \text{Distance traveled }=12.6\times21.5=270.9\text{ miles}

Hence, he traveled 270.9 miles.
