The clinical data in the medical records must be structured and properly organized to optimize the process of obtaining such data. databases and registries must be correct and accurate.

On the work of these professionals depends the adequate registration of data related to health care that serve as a basis for clinical studies or provide health statistics, whose analysis can provide significant data to undertake prevention and health improvement campaigns.
