Some of the negative consequences that can result from being over stressed are: High blood pressure, Obesity, heart disease, diabetes, mental disorder like depression and anxiety etc.

Explanation:

Stress is a physicho mental condition that keeps human mind in an unstable condition which leads to some physical and mental negative consequences. Tension or stress caused obesity, sleeping disorder, diabetes (high sucrose level in blood), heart disease, high blood pressure and mental disorder like anxiety & depression.

Stress not only influences the physical state of a human being but also hampers his mental stability, calmness, lowers his self confidence and esteem. Negative thoughts and over thinking caused stress and anxiety in human mind.
