First we need to find the slope, so we take two sets of  coordinates so we can determine the slope. for this we use the following formula:

So now i am going to use the coordinates (1,18.7) and (2,19.5)

Now i plug in the numbers:

$\frac{(19.5)-(18.7)}{(2)-(1)}$
