After the state's highest court's review of Mary v. Nichelle, a party can appeal the decision to the United States Supreme Court if a federal question is involved.

Explanation:

A federal question is involved when the matter in dispute is based on subjects listed in the U.S. Constitution.

State court is a court which hears all the cases unlike federal court. The state court works according to the state laws. The state laws may differ from every state.

Appellate court is a court which deals with the all the legal cases that are already heard in the state court or lower court.

Federal court serves as the final level of judgment. The final level of the suit can be filed in the federal court.

Haha, this will be fun

Let's see, when I was around 9 I had a painful accident, I was learning how to ride a bike and then...BOOM! I crashed into my sister, my sister was fine but my head was ble#ding, my left ankle was covered with blo#d, and the skin from my hands was peeled off and my thumb's nail was cracked, what caused this? Welling at the park I practiced boking at had a ton of Benches and unfortunately...I crashed onto one, I was rushed to the doctors and they said that everything was fine and would heal in a couple of weeks but the main problem was my ankle, somehow it got infected and I was in bed for 2 weeks! After that 2 weeks, I went back to the doctors and they said that I can walk but I can't run. after that accident, I never touched a bike ever again, as a 9-year-old, I thought I was going to die! What helped me cope? My parents bought me a bunch a toys and a dog, my sister(twin sister) also helped me recover by helping out mentally, I seriously thought that was going stir crazy since every time I ran for too long, my vision would go completely black for at least a soild 30 seconds. Ultimately, my family's love and care helped me recover.

In an undisclosed principal situation in which the agent does not have the authority to enter into a contract for real property
KengaRu [80]

Answer:

a. only the principal is liable on the contract.

Explanation:

Under agency law, an undisclosed principal refers to a principal's use of an agent for negotiations with a third party who doesn't know/have the identity of the principal. In such situations the agent acts as though he is not functioning as an agent and is solely acting on his own

The United States law according to the Restatement (Third) of Agency 2.06, holds an undisclosed principal liable to a third party who detrimentally makes a change in position, even if the agent lacked authority to cause this change, and resting on the fact that the principal had knowledge of the agent's actions and did not take necessary actions.
