A good introduction must have main ideas about what we are going to talk about. It should have a brief explanation about the topic. It should bring interest to people and should be appreciable. It shouldn't be too long (Depends upon the body of the speech). It should not consist much important points. Describing things that we will say detail in the body of the speech makes the intro even better.
