Racial segregation refers to the spatial separation of the people on the ground of their race. Segregation can be seen in the residences or public spaces like parks, schools, restaurants, etc. African American people of the United States have faced racial segregation because of the idea that white people belong to a superior race and blacks to an inferior one.
Government is an institution through which a society makes and enforces its public policies. The Public policies of a government are, in short, all of those things a government decides to do.
