Answer: True

An ethical dilemma is a question that involves choosing between different moral principles, neither one of which is objectively better. Often, picking one of the options means you are transgressing the other one.

Because it is a difficult situation with no objectively better answer, the help of a person with more experience, in this case your superior, can sometimes be useful. Moreover, there are often regulations at work that help employees navigate these type of situations in a successful way. Finally, ethical dilemmas are particularly difficult to resolve and deal with, and asking for help will always help assert the validity of your claim.

Who are some of the leaders of each branch of government, and what are their duties?
rusak2 [61]
The three branches of the government are the executive branch, judicial branch and legislative branch. Their duties and responsibilities are:
1) Executive Branch: The executive branch is headed by the President in all forms of democracy. The president may be elected directly by the people (US democracy) or by elected representatives of the people (India, etc.). The president is both Head of State and Head of Government in the former system, while in the latter he/she is only the Head of the State; in either case he/she is Commander-in-chief of all the armed forces. The responsibilities of the executive branch include implementing and enforcing laws, appointing the head of various federal agencies, etc. The Prime Minister (if applicable, as in India or UK) and the cabinet carries out the day-to-day operation of the executive branch. These duties also include commanding the armed forces, acting as the state's representative while meeting International powers, etc.
2) Judicial Branch: The judicial branch is headed by a Supreme or Federal Court and also contains other lower courts. The judicial branch is responsible for evaluating the laws formed by the government. Their duties include interpretation of the constitution, review of laws and deciding matters related to the state's affairs.
3) Legislative Branch: The legislative is composed of (at the national level) the senate or parliament and at state levels of state legislatures. Their main responsibility is to make the laws to govern the country. Their duties also include managing the affairs of state including finances, foreign affairs, law and order, approving treaties, etc.

A researcher has developed a measure of a person's ability to detect colors. He finds the measure is not related to a person's s
Pani-rosa [81]

The correct answer is discriminant

Discriminant validity tests the hypothesis that the measure in question is not unduly related to different constructs.

Content validity is concerned with whether the measure represents the  different aspects or facets of the phenomenon to be measured. Advises that for the  obtaining better content validity, the investigator should try to minimize the  possible criticisms about the aspect investigated through the review of the existing literature,  specifying, through a correct conceptual definition, what is, or is not, the object of  measure. In addition to these aspects, a broad list of items that represent  all relevant dimensions of the studied phenomenon and request an evaluation by judges and  experts who report on the scope of the content to be covered. There are no ways to guarantee  proof of content validity, considering that it depends on the degree of revision of the  researcher's value judgments, in addition to assuming that all  possible dimensions and contents of the concept, phenomenon or behavior investigate.
