The Manorialism (Manor System)  dominated Europe following the fall of Rome .

Because there was no organization throughout Europe after the fall of the Roman empire. People needed protection and places to live so they went to manors.

Basically they’re saying that Italians, Germans and Japan is the only group they can rely on. They will only trust each other and no one else. If they keep everything through marriage they will make each other more powerful. They can’t betray each other because they are “friends”. They can’t trust no one. It’s saying only marry Germans, Japanese and Italians. You can’t marry someone else for example: Americans, British people and so on because they are enemies. They will just bring you down and betray you.
