I can help you to some extent
<span> When a new innovation hits a country it is a great shock, especially when it is something so abnormally positive. The railroad was one of those innovative milestones in the history of the human imagination... </span>

<span>And so the British government official, who would most definitely be highly educated, would probably be in an excited and optimistic state of mind, because he's witnessing such a cool thing. Dear non-industrial nation official

The intention of this letter is to explain to you the good things that the use of railways brings in this century and with the industrial revolution at its peak.

In the Britain, the foundations for the growth of industrial capitalism are consolidated, taking many countries in the world at the forefront, since the development of transport allows us to generate sufficient capital for the expansion of major production and consumer industries such as agriculture, technology and the most important in our country which is the cotton textile industry.

By the same, I would like to inform you that the industrial revolution should be applied to any country that wants to transform itself socially, technologically and economically.

Thanks for your attention

British government official

Explanation:

The intention of the letter would be to show all those good things that Britain is achieving with the arrival of the industrial revolution and its handling of transport measures: the railway.

Towards a nation that does not support industrialization to explain the changes it has had in Great Britain.

Which is an example of a conservative view of government?
makkiz [27]
I say Israel - and I hope this is taken in an utterly nonpartisan way, which takes absolutely no position vis-a-vis the legitimacy of either conservatism or the Israeli state. I just think some core aspects of Israeli government and society are in line with mainstream US conservatism: a free-market liberal democracy of course, but with formal religious-ethnic affiliation, compulsory military service with training on firearms (and licensing to possess same) for all citizens, and a generally hawkish stance on questions of military and defense. They are also highly security-oriented, some would say in a much more effective way than the US government, and its security apparatus employs profiling techniques which almost undoubtedly have a racial component (<span>and </span><span>conservatives would no doubt want to insist that these two facts are directly related). I believe that taxation rates are roughly on par with that in the US, if not a bit less... though not nearly as low as Switzerland. </span>

Tell him that even though his method works, you know of a better method. Show him your approach and recommend he always use it going forward.

Explanation:

The best way to bring a more experienced employee aboard a more efficient working process is simply by showing him the approach, do not feel too bossy about it and recommend that he always use it.

  • Every company has a conventional way of working through different processes.
  • These procedures must have been tested out and proven to be the best choice.
  • There are people, leaders, operators at the head of these working process.
  • To disrupt the conventional, a subtle approach is needed to come to terms with.
  • A better method that works must be presented in a logical way. The need to adopt such a new way of doing things must carefully and clearly presented.
  • This ensures that in deploying such technology or procedure, all parties conforms and are taking mutually collective risk.
