A company's corporate code of ethics is a document given to a newly hired employee on the first day of work. Usually he is asked

to review it and to sign a document stating that he has read it and understands it. A corporation's code of ethics / mission statement can be easily found on the Internet and appears on the corporate websites of most companies.Research and summarize the corporate code of ethics of the company you work for or a company you are interested in. In a one page paper, name and summarize the company's corporate code of ethics. Explain any affect this code of ethics would have on an IT employee of this company

• Code of ethics covers a system of belief regarding the right actions that has to be followed in the company • The ethics that will be good for an individual or a society as a whole • The ethical standards are some principles established by the company for the regular and smooth working of the company • The ethical codes are not subj. to legal but they are philosophical in nature  

The code of ethics types:  

• Initially the values and principles of the company and its duties towards the society and for a peaceful word will be enumerated • The employees and stakeholders are the part of company so they are responsible to keep these principles active and alive • There will not be any strict rules will be there to follow all of them will be able educating the employees about the need of those regulations  

Naming the ethics groups:  

• Confidentiality of information: How to keep and need of keeping the information confidentially.

There will& disciplinary actions will be there if violating this type of rules. • Employment discrimination:

Employees should not be discriminated on any basis.  

This is a suggestion type.  

• Health and safety:  The principles comes under this category will be cautionary in nature, the need secure working environment win be enumerated in here  

The do and don'ts will be suggested here for the security of the employees • Organization property usage- The fare use of organization properties will be mentioned here • The other accessory rights also will be included under here • Rules and regulations can also be appears as a part of ethics  

Affects the code of ethics on IT employee of this company:  

• The code of ethics is generally intended to all the employees in the company • The IT employee will have extra ethical principles that are specially applicable to them • Information confidentiality is strict for IT employees since they are responsible for handling sensitive and confidential data associated with company.
