What is equivalent to 2/5
creativ13 [48]
One answer is 4/10. To find out other answers, multiple the numerator and denominator (the top and bottom number in the fraction) by the same number. For example, if I multiply 2 by 3 and 5 by 3, I get 6/15 which is also equivalent to 2/5.

3. Given all the factors. If the decision came down to you. What call would you make? Use the bomb or not use the bomb on Japan?
babymother [125]

Answer:

Use the bomb

Explanation:

Obviously depending on how big the bomb is, I would most likely use it. Though that takes a lot of factors into perspective. Like, how would I get away from it? Or, how many people will die? You know I honestly like Japan so many just bomb Canada. Too cold.

What is the difference between the idea of stare decisis and something being constitutional?
docker41 [41]

Stare Decisis refers to the legal doctrine wherein a Judge lets a previous ruling or precedent stand.

However, Judges are not always correct and understandings regarding what is Constitutional are not always static.

The classic example of this is the notion of "separate but equal." In Plessy v. Ferguson, SCOTUS ruled that separate but equal was constitutional. Courts relied on this decision using state decisis for years until the ruling was challenged and overturned in Brown v. Board of Education wherein the ruling was overturned.
